Everyone who knew about the tapes had good reason to believe that they were the reason he did it but no one could be sure, and so far no one besides the teachers at Liberty High and his family knew. The headmaster knew the students had to find out, it was important to give them the message as soon as possible, so he made an emergency gathering in the school's gym. Steve is left recovering from the catastrophe, but knows that Bucky is still out there, and that Bucky needs his help.
