When saved by a secret U.S. organization known only as InterCORE, young Knight decides to commit her life to the world of espionage, counterintelligence, and covert operations. Both stubborn and determined, Knight eventually proves herself to be inimitable and is recruited to field operative where she expeditiously becomes renowned as one of the most effective operatives InterCORE has ever seen. However, when her last mission becomes compromised and Knight fails to complete the objective, the Director is compelled to put her on leave, forcing Knight to carry out her own missions and go rogue. And with Knight's determination and willingness to exact her revenge, she successfully does so, but in the process, loses herself.
