Name? Chase Bryant Who am I? The worlds biggest jerk. Why? I accidentally killed my best friend, no big deal right? Oh and....I can't exactly remember what happened that night. Maybe it should stay that way. Maybe knowing what I did might be the breaking point. Either way my therapist is determined to help me remember. Oh yea and there's my girlfriend and parents and best friends mom to deal with. But nothing I can't handle...right? Well ok if there's plenty of alcohol nothing I can't handle.

Getting into that car crash I never thought that something like him could change my life dramatically. As I looked into his eyes I fell in love all over again.

Ashley has had a tough life. Mom walked out when she was eight. Dad became an abusive drunk towards her older brother, Daniel, and herself. Her brother is twenty three but didn't move out so he could help Ashley. Ashley is 17, in her senior year, and gets into a lot of trouble. So when Tyler, a popular, good for nothing guy starts talking to her she gets frustrated and pushes him away. But the sight of him makes her feel... Different. Maybe Tyler will change her habits of not letting people get close. Or maybe he will make herself become even more isolated.

May is a tough girl that doesn't let anybody tell her what to do. She lives her life how she wants. But when a house burns down in a different neighborhood her parents let the family move in with them, including their jerk son. Many things happen that she never thought she would ever go through again. A terrible thing from her past coming back and haunting her just as she was starting to feel good again. As May struggles to get along with the new situation she learns a few things about herself and about the people she loves and the world itself.
