(High school AU) Alfred F.Jones starts his first day as a junior in high school. Resulting in meeting Arthur Kirkland, a British teen whose dad had to transfer America for his job. Alfred slowly starts to feel a bit of affection towards him and a bit of possessiveness that he's trying to not get out of control of. ( I created the title before I decided it was going to be a yandere America x England story so sorry for a slightly misleading title)

Another day, another meeting leaving Arthur exhausted and upset. The cause of it all? An annoying Frenchman that just won't leave him alone. Finally being tired of it all, Arthur decides to find a spell that will get rid of Francis once and for all. But with Arthur's skills in magic, something goes horribly wrong. As a result he is forced to live and be taken care of by Francis. Will Arthur be able to rely on his enemy until the spell wears off?

During a World Meeting, countries noticed that the personification of England didn't attend. Most of them brushed it off thinking that he was just sick or didn't feel like coming and would be back at the second meeting. But they were wrong. After they checked England's home, they discovered he was missing with only a note inside his house. Now they have to find out where England has gone...and why. "England...he's run away..."
