Machiko, a member of the Armed Detective Agency, is sent to Shibuya for her suspension punishment due to a slip-up for messing around with Port Mafia while on a job, causing some injuries to civilians. Using her suspension as a vacation, Machiko tries to have fun but she just seems to be unlucky as she runs into gangs due to picking fights and catching the interest of some gang members and leaders. She was sent out of Yokohama to not cause problems, but now she's causing even more problems. This time not with the mafia, but with multiple gangs! "My personal motto is, "Luck is always by my side." But right now that doesn't seem to be the case. So I'll be using my other personal motto which I came up with right now, "I've run out of luck, how unlucky." They're good mottos, right?"
