In an interview, JK Rowling once said that she thought about writing Dudley Dursley into the Epilogue with a magical child. What if she had? This is the story of Dudley's daughter, Esther. Entering her sixth year at Hogwarts, Esther is becoming sick of stereotypes. Sorted into Hufflepuff as a first year, she feels destined to be only loyal and diligent: qualities of a sidekick, not a leader. And it's her last name, Dursley, that causes the uncomfortable disconnect between her and the Potter-Weasleys without them getting to know each other at all. But as she slowly befriends the Slytherin Scorpius Malfoy and captains her house's Quidditch team, Esther has the chance to prove to Hogwarts that not only is there more substance to Hufflepuffs than meets the eye, but that all stereotypes - of houses and last names - can, and should, be crushed.

Hermione Granger decided to come back for her eighth year but finds that adjusting to a normal life is harder than she thought it would be, and she's not the only one struggling. Throw in a mysterious photograph sent by future Hermione that's missing a piece and she learns that she may have bitten off more than she could chew when she tries to figure out just who is in the photo with her. Hogwarts Era 8th Year, Extremely Slow Burn, Post-DH Disclaimers: I don't own Harry Potter - rights for the universe, characters, and places mentioned in this book belong to the ever-wonderful JK Rowling. Also, credits to whoever owns the photo I used for my cover photo. If you know who it's by, kindly message me :)

❛And do you know what's the stupidest thing about this?❜ said Draco and made an aggressive step towards me. ❛That after all this,❜ he grasped my forearm violently and made me backstep in fear. ❛After all this trouble,❜ he said and pushed me against the wall despite my tries to get away. ❛After all these fights,❜ he closed up and stuck his body on mine, putting his hand on my neck almost painfully. ❛I still want you so badly, it hurts,❜ he said and looked at me with both anger and lust and passion. ❛God, I want you so much and I want to kill you at the same time. You stupid, little girl, I fucking love you.❜ Despite being Voldemort's daughter, Dumbledore's goddaughter and destined to lead, Annalise Riddle was born in a world ordinary and plain. Thrown into a life full of magic and wonders, she stumbles upon her fate. This is not just a love story. This is a story of self-sacrifice and being brave enough to seek your destiny. ❛The Lost Daughter is now born. Lady she is meant to be and Lady she will be, and a Dark Lord's daughter. Beware, for only she knows the key to his collapse. Long may she reign and retribution shall be ours.❜ *Highest Rank: #2 in fanfiction and #1 in draco* If you like this story, I am sure you would also like its prequel. Dominique Weasley knows she’s ugly. Unattractive, unappealing-just positively un-everything. She doesn’t have the same Veela look as her siblings, nor can she pull off the red hair like the rest of her beautiful cousins-she’s the odd one out, the sore thumb-the beast without her own beauty of a prince charming. Now in her seventh year, Dominique swears it’s going to be different-so she says goodbye to chocolate and sweets, hoping to look even a little like her sister and mother, with their willowy figures. Soon she cuts out everything, but it’s not working; Dominique is still ugly, and her sister is only the more beautiful. No one seems to notice Dominique wasting away, how her heart and soul along with body is slowly starving-except Ben Wood. Ben tries to reason with Dominique, but all she wants is for one person to call her pretty.
