This book contains poems that talk about the mind and soul, and how they find peace through the waves of struggle and pain.

They say when you leave the life, there is no going back. What happens when the forces you thought will never be able to get to you come knocking? Can one ever truly escape? A twenty two year old tries to find herself again as she is pulled back into the world she escaped five years back. Question is, was she truly free all along?

This is the author's first poem book. There may be some random topics on every chapters which is a bit confusing because mainly this explain about sleep disorders, teenage mood swings, and depression.
