Kushina Osumaki died with the nine tails being removed, but Minato lives along with Naruto. On Naruto's fifth birthday he was in a terrible accident which caused hi to lose his voice. At a very young age, Naruto discovers about his status as a Jinchūriki and befriends the Kyūbi no Kitsune, Kurama. Kurama offers to train Naruto and he agreed. As a Genin, Naruto develops a bond with Team 7, but the bond was at stake when Sasuke attempts to go to Orochimaru for power. Naruto and Sasuke had a battle at the Valley of the End with Naruto as the victor. As he arrived at the gates of Konohagakure with an unconscious Sasuke, Naruto was ambushed by ROOT Anbu, dropping Sasuke and being taken to Shimura Danzo. Because of the Akatsuki, Danzo insisted that Naruto should be confined in Konoha, putting him in prison. Naruto escapes and left the village in search of the other Jinchūriki. After all, only a Jinchūriki can understand a Jinchūriki. I do not own Naruto, all pictures and videos belong to their rightful owner.

Despite not being able to be with him physically, Minato continues to watch over his son, Naruto.
