I saw one of these and thought I need to make one of these.

This story will be in the late 18th hundreds. This story was inspired by Jack The Ripper who was a serial killer in the 19th century but of course the story will be with my own twist.

Every 4 years, some fine ladies will be chosen to live in the palace to serve the emperor. (No more updates. The last update I made was over 2 years ago, also a day after i published the first chapter. So you can tell how unmotivated I am in updating stories, sorry..)
