Good, bad, sad, and proud moments of your life. So look within yourselves and search for a story that needs to be told of your life. This is a book where all of YOU, will be able to share anything from your life that needs to be shared, such as a lesson learned, a good memory of someone you loved, or a time where you had a good laugh. Anxiety is not a joke. This is based on Anxiety, some poems and what not. So, enjoy. Some of these aren't mine, the owners get the credit.
