"I want to grow up" Did you say it when you were a kid? I know I did. Have you regretted growing up at some point in your life? Have you wished you could be a careless child once again? I know you have. Everyone has. The more you grow the bigger the challenges, the obstacles, the pain. Life gets serious. You get serious. You forget to smile at the morning sun shining down your face. You are too absorved by your problems to notice the beautiful world surrounding you. And when life gets hard, you wish more than anything to turn back in time and be that small child who did not know anything when he said "I want to grow up"

I was the 6th-grade "slut." And I kept a diary. So I decided to create The UnSlut Project in the hopes that my own diary entries could provide some perspective to girls who currently feel trapped and ashamed. I am publishing these entries one at a time, without changing a single word except for the names of the people involved. My limited commentary, which is confined to brackets in each entry, is meant to provide the relief of my current perspective, fifteen years later. The UnSlut Project: Working to undo the dangerous slut shaming in our schools, communities, media, and culture by sharing knowledge and experiences.

She is searching for a job which is getting harder as the U.K's economy is suffering. Jasmine doesn't expect to see Matthew Burke, the man she fought over a seat in Costa for at her interview. She doesn't expect him to be interviewing her. When she gets accepted to be interviewed for 'Burke's Magazine' after given a chance, despite the fight in Costa, her world is flipped around. What happens when these two realize that there is so much more to what people see? Or when both their emotions are uncontrollable around each other? Jasmine can't help but get attached to Matt and his control freak personality. Join Jasmine and her crazy journey as she tries surviving whilst working with Matthew Burke, her arrogant, egotistic, control freak boss who likes to push every, single one of her buttons. . . This isn't a story a cliché love story where the two lovers bump into each other, the girl is the damsel in distress and the hero saves her and rides into the beautiful sunset, no. This is a story of two people with two different backgrounds, different lives who both have struggled with their identity. They have dealt with endless amounts of pain which is covered and stored into their broken hearts. This is a story of two individuals with different statuses in society. This is a story about two people who fight with their inner demons whilst falling in love which is the 'perfect' recipe for disaster, heartbreak and tears and. . . Biracial Love. . .

Right now, I'm squatting in a pile of human waste, desperately trying to get a signal on my phone. My friends are watching me reluctantly, their faces stained with blood and what I only hope is dirt. The light from my phone is illuminating their faces, casting light on the looks of horror that I have come to know all too well. My best friend is cradling her left arm, bandaged with a torn piece of cloth in hopes of stopping the blood flow. My sister can barely walk, and I think her hand is broken. She looks on the verge of tears. As we calm down, catching our breaths, I give up looking at my phone. I slowly turn to them, my own face crusted with blood. I look at each of them, one by one. "Ok, who got bitten?"
