Sometimes, life can be hard-especially for teenage girls. We have to balance an endless amount of new responsibilities all while trying to figure out who we are and who we want to be. Even though my life is constantly subject to change, there is one thing that remains constant: God. Because He is my Lord and Savior, I can find comfort in the fact that I don't have to face this difficult life alone. Confessions of a Teenage Christian is a book I am consistently updating. Each entry covers a topic either I've had a hard time understanding, or one of you have. I have felt God calling me to share my experiences of being a teen and sharing how He has forever changed my life.

Kaitra feels a bit out of place. One day, the bejewelled dagger her parents give her takes a mind of its own and transports her to Yuragwyn and to two people, Cadfael and Carys, who tell her they are her real parents and this is her real home. Kaitra isn't buying it. Traugott, a soldier in Cadfael's army, has rubbed her wrong from the first moments in this world, and Kaitra cannot keep away from him. But a neighboring threat is rising, looming over this quiet and peaceful country and it's human, centaur, pegasus, and elvish inhabitants. Before Kaitra can even began to wrap her mind around this whole deal, she's thrown into a war and a tight situation with Traugott. Can her real parents, best friend Calanthe, and Calanthe's younger sister Briallen help them? Will Kaitra ever accept her new home? What on earth will she do about Traugott?

Akila, an orphan, has endured the pain, the loss, the abuse, the use ... Every foster home has treated her like she is worth nothing, and after awhile her social service agent sends her somewhere else. Ruth Johnson, her new guardian. She shows hope for this lost girl and even teaches her of God, a new hope for her, but she doesn't know enough to have much faith. After meeting a mysterious guy in a place Akila would never suspect, her hiding place in the magical looking forest. Things start turning good in her life, but if only she knew it was temporary. Things are after her, something she knows nothing of. She sees shadows in her room, when the lights are on, she hears sounds when she's home alone, she feels a strange presence around her. Akila does not know what's going on, but Ruth does and so does her mystery guy, kind of. Now she has to cling to God harder than before before her mother's last words repeat themselves in her, only if she falls into the dark side. As her mother said, so clearly for the last time, "Call Me Lost, Child."
