18+ only! 🔥🔥🔥 | Toyin was living her best life! She had the perfect job with an Oil Major, amazing friends, a suitor and a fabulous apartment with a view of the Atlantic Ocean. Life was good until an unexpected breakup led her to the hot but NFA (No Future Ambition) Osaze. An odd pairing which helps her discover herself nonetheless. 🌴 Osaze didn't know what he was doing with his life anymore. He spontaneously quit his dream job as a top programmer with Google 3 years ago, moved back to Nigeria to start up his own tech company but failed miserably, was swindled out of his own code by ruthless business partners and is left with a million dollar debt to pay back to his investors. He now squats with a childhood friend in a dilapidated mansion (which is on the market by the way) and drinks his failure away in Lagos bars. When he meets Toyin, a young high flying oil & gas exec who has her own life together he starts to reevaluate his whole existence. "So how long are we to wait before we hear them tinkle?" He asked with his eyes staring at the black sky,his hands in his pockets. "Not too long, sister Jessica says only the heart hears them" Nenye shut her eyes and stood still with her face upward while Michael watched her intently. She opened her eyes to find him staring at her. "You're supposed to be facing them and listening with your heart, else you won't hear " she cautioned "I doubt I would if I tried. My heart is quite preoccupied with pumping blood at a quicker rate. " He moved closer to where she stood and reached out to her face. She looked puzzled for an instant before her face relaxed. "why's that?" She enquired surprised at how squeaky her voice had become. He caressed her face gently ignoring the question she spouted. "Are you certain that you're not a minor because I'm sure Christine would bury me alive if she found out I did what I'm about to do" Nenye nodded softly affirming that she was indeed not a child. "And what exactly are you going to do?" She enquired a bit breathless. She should have never taken a sip out of that glass. Her eyes fell on his lips and her lips parted softly. Michael smiled before drawing her chin up. "I am going to hear the stars tinkle" Michael comes home after so many years only to find an intruder who poses a threat to his inheritance. He is determined to remove her from his and his father's life. But all doesn't go his way as he realizes that some enemies can never be defeated, instead he sees himself falling deeper and deeper into her wicked charms.

The door flung open into the dark room, lightening struck the dark sky shining a little light on the shirtless man that stood by the doorway. "Who's there" my shaky voice masked with fear asked. Paying a deaf ear to my question he walked deeper into the room towards my bed as my shaky hands drew the covers higher over my whimpering self, right up to my nose. "Khalil?" my voice sounded weird coming through the thick duvet, it felt awkward calling his name I mean am I even allowed to call him that? I was more scared now that I knew who it was. What was he doing in room? A loud thunder sound came as he sat beside me, a little too close. Does this man know he's shirtless and in my room at eleven p.m? "Have you chosen a surrogate?" his thick voice cut through the sound of raindrops and my train of thoughts. I slowly shook my head at him. "Relax"He raised his hand to my face which was still covered halfway and slowly dragged down the covers down to my abdomen revealing my bare arms in my spaghetti strap v neck nightwear. I scanned the room for my robe and found it hanging on the coat rack in the far end of my room, I would get up to get it but my nightgown didn't really qualify as a gown. I watched his eyes travel up my body landing on my chest, his Adams apple bobbed up. He shut his eyes and when he opened them, they landed on mine sending shivers down my spine... Hidaya Hassan Abdulqadir thought she lost it all when her parents and lover all died in a plane crash, she slowly tried to move on from then letting the almighty take control after a year of grieving.
