Lovino has always been the forgotten one. The one no one cares about. The lesser one. His brother, Feliciano, has always been in the spotlight. Hardly anyone ever really cared for Lovino, only paying attention to him when he lost his left leg in a car accident. Antonio has always been a happy guy, loved by many. He would sing, laugh, and play guitar with all the joy in the world. Antonio never stopped smiling, not even when a fire took his family away, for fear that, the moment he stopped smiling, he would break. Eventually, he became a physical therapist, though a rather unusual one. When these two meet, everything changes. I do not own Hetalia, warning for feels, slight gore, and all that regular stuff.
