A few days later I went to see The Hobbit BOTFA on its opening night. It was during a car trip from a family Christmas party when I came up with idea for this story. And while it doesn't follow the Jane Austen classic completely (Thranduil is no Mr. Knightley!), it was certainly inspired by it. I enjoyed the challenge. This fanfiction, of course. Eerised just wanted a chance to relax and play video games all night, but as it happens, the nerd repairing her computer at BestBuy didn't really have her best interest at heart. As someone who takes the Alliance v. Horde war a bit too seriously, and might have an alignment with a different much more dastardly faction, Drev might be the death of Eeri. Can she manage to escape this hidden annoyance and take down some of the more powerful monsters in Azeroth? Oh, and will she ever actually manage to return home?
