He's always too afraid to say anything and would rather stay in the background and get through high school and go to university. When Dan's grades slip 🔚 he needs to bring them up or else repeat his senior year, Phil is assigned to tutor Dan. It seems to be a terrible coincidence that the two are brought together, but it's so much more. You just moved to London! Everything is great and then you find out Dan and Phil are your neighbors?? Edit 7/6/17: yes I know I never finished this fic and yet I put it as 'completed'. And to be honest I'm not into Dan and Phil anymore. I'm sorry for letting people down. The story will be left as a cliff hanger I guess and you can make your own ending, whatever you'd like that to be. I just can't disappoint myself or you guys with an ending chapter that has lost all meaning, it just isn't fair to anyone.
