Nine months after their return to Pegasus, the situation in Atlantis has gotten desperate. But when the aid General O'Neil is finally able to send them turns out to be a woman from Sheppard's past, the consequences of her arrival are staggering. OR A realistic idea of how a human and a wraith might fall in love amidst adversity, culture clash and overprotective big brothers.

Colonel John Sheppard and his team come back from a mission on P3X99 under dire circumstances only to find out that they are about to get a whole lot worse.

On a strange world, in a dark corner of some unknown Galaxy, several different sentient species evolve side by side. Will the fight for control of this world destroy them? Or can their struggle to survive unite them in way's unforetold? A/n: ***This all started with a dream about a fire many, many, many year's ago... then it evolved into a few characters, then went on to become an entire world. At one point I think it was a whole solar system but .. I have since tried to dial, my insane and over productive imagination, back a notch. Despite my inability to write properly, this story has been with me for year's. I guess it is time to finally share it. **Unfortunately, this is a revised version of the story I lost when my computer's hard drive crashed. Honestly, the bits and pieces of what I could recover were really rough, anyway so... She earned her place as Queen of a Wraith Hive and she still searches to find what is lost. An uneasy relationship with Atlantis proves valuable, as the Huntress's hybrid alliance emerges into an already tense galaxy. Can the Huntress prove herself a Queen worthy of legend? Or will she fall and become just another myth in Wraith History?

*The time is set before the great Pegasus war, between Wraith and Alteran's/Ancient's. When Wraith still had a home world. Character Description: Kayna = the mysterious female worshiper, who's back story is currently unknown to even her. With no memory of who she is or where she came from, she awoke one day, a prisoner among Wraith. The only piece of knowledge left to her was her name, and a nack for surviving potentially deadly situation's. She integrated herself into Wraith society, as best she could. Eventually, finding the High Queen's favor, she found herself kept among the elite worshiper's. The Queen's favor granted her little more then her life, how she lived it, was of little concern to the Queen that kept her. Over the years, Kayna considered herself to be, little more then a slave, among monster's. Malik = the young Wraith who's life will forever be changed by Kayna's interference. *disclaimer* Kayna is a character from my universe who is crossing over with Wraith from Stargate Atlantis. I don't know at this time, if i will ever cross the two universe's but if i do.. i don't claim Stargate Atlantis or any of its character's. I have taken "wraith" and any aspect's i think are needed to keep Wraith what they are, out of their universe and put them in mine, so if theres any details, i screw up, mess up, or just plain don't follow... opps.... this is meant for pure amusement, nothing else. **if you enjoy, my little taste of insanity, drop a nibble, so i know to keep working on it... huzzah!**

Lieutenant, Kayna Neric, is on her first assignment at Atlantis. Her skills in combat landed her a position, guarding Todd the wraith, during a routine transport mission, to a remote outpost. The puddle jumper was attacked by a unknown source, and they are forced to land on a uncharted planet. Only two survive the landing, one Wraith and one Human. Just as the two survivors find comfort in one another, rescue comes and they are separated. The story will (so far) follow Kayna's journey, as she finds a strange acceptance, among Wraith. Is she strong enough to do what no human has ever done before? (in my universe) Will the two survivors one day reunite or will they forever be lost to one another? this story is not created by me but by my mother, who apologies for all errors
