It was one of the hottest summers in man's history that year, and that was the summer I was properly introduced to Rock'n'Roll, fearless dancing ways, and a boy in a black leather jacket always with a smoke behind his ear. That was the most unforgettable summer of '63 where I spent the time with my family at The Kellerman's Resort - a summer that turned out to be nothing like I had expected. [on hold] → "Smile blue eyes." She snapped the photo of him, before he could manage to escape the demanding lens and following sharp flash from the polaroid camera. With a smirk and playful eyes she whispered, "see. Now you won't be merely a memory. You'll be my paper memory." Trailer by @valuables All Rights Reserved 2013 © arietem

☮ It was the unforgettable summer of 69' during the Woodstock Festival, where the legendary tune of Jimi Hendrix' Purple Haze floated into the misty morning air. It was in between camp tents and small fires in the late night, where love was equal and peace was everything. Where the air was thick with the scent of marijuana and creativity. While listening to legendary performances, and laying in the grass with the summer sun kissing our tanned skin. That was the summer I learnt what love was really about - and took part of what is still considered an iconic event for the cultural generation of the flower children with their slogan 'make love not war'. That was the summer I fell in love with a curly haired boy wearing a flower crown, whose smile and kind eyes I would never truly forget again. ✿ cover by @fvixola ✿ WARNING: this story contains use of psychedelic drugs. ❝He drew in ink and she drew in graphite.❞ "Oh fuck," he muttered as he traced his fingers carefully over the rough lines which were drawn with dark graphite on the snow white paper. And in the other end of London you could hear a girl mutter the same thing but instead she traced her index finger over more delicate sketches in nothing but black ink. -x- story idea by indiehaz All Rights Reserved 2014 © arietem
