Ashley just moved to her new school, and life, at the Tickle Academy. Her biggest problem, trying not to get into serious trouble because it is no laughing matter. On a quest to rescue her little sister, Lilly Dawson finds herself in a world obsessed with tickling. Though some of this world may see tickling as a positive form of communication between friends and family, others see it as a weapon, used to torture and torment. Lilly must rescue her sister from the clutches of an evil tickling witch and find a way out of The Featherlands.
