John Woods is a 22 year old male, who's living the opposite of a normal life. Large canisters of unknown chemicals were dumped into the United States main water plants. After drinking the affected water, millions of U.S. Citizens developed a new disease. This new disease was named Pathogen 226. Pathogen 226 caused humans to show zombie-like symptoms, and John is one of the few healthy survivors. But can he find a cure for Pathogen 226? Time is running out, and John is determined to save the human race... Or die trying.

Luner is the younger sibling of Scar and his brother. Though she did not gain her brother's other arm, she gained the tattoo. Having more knowledge of alchemy has perks, but what will happen with that knowledge once she meets the State Alchemist named Star. (This is more of a Modern AU story.)
