Astoria Black has many different nicknames. The year is 1983. Samantha Wheeler and her parents have relocated to Hawkins, Indiana to be closer to their family. At first, everything seems normal; she goes to school, spends time with friends and crushes on quiet loner Jonathan Byers from afar. Then, a couple of months after arriving, Jonathan's younger brother goes missing, sending him, Samantha and friends into situations they couldn't even begin to imagine.
