Salty tears ran down my cheeks as my lip quivers, and I whimper in pain. I thought he was done, but he was just getting started. He had a mischievous smile curling up to his lips as he came closer to me. I continue to back away from him in fear until my back hit the wall and he grabs both of my hands tightly with one hand. His other free hand gave me a hard slap on the cheek causing it to sting. He screams at me, cursing. I shake vigorously in terror and fright. He throws me roughly to the ground, and my head hits the solid ground hard that blood dripped down the side of my face. I scream in pain as he continues to hurt me in any way he can. I scream out for help..thinking some could help me... But no one came..no one can save me. ***LUMINOUS AWARD WINNER - BEST ROMANCE***
