a young girl named Horaba Nigamoka lived as a model and was known as a 'Golden Child' for her rare ability to control time. her parents never let her go outside, or do anything at all except sit still for photo shoots. on her birth-day her parents give her the permeation to go outside, but had to keep her 'special body guard' with her only to find out she's not the only one with these weird powers.
