how much craziness can you take?

So, I'm the guy kicked out by his parents, failed his HRC. I was forced to buy an apartment and work at the supermarket just to live. But this apartment isn't normal. I am not sure i'll be sane by the end of this. The crazy neighbours drive me crazy!!!!!! There's so many rules and regualations to follow and remember...
