About 16 years ago, a fantastic gift was bestowed upon my parents, and they named it Hartley. Yeah, rhymes with Fartley. Thanks mom and dad. Regardless of the unfortunate things my name rhymed with, I had a blissfully drama free childhood, until highschool rolled around. From my first lungful of the heavy, nacho and Axe scented air back in 8th grade, I new things were going to change. And they did. Friends came, friends left, but years later in Grade 11, I finally had my solid group of people, who could also be mistaken for insane asylum escapees.It was also the year I noticed Halden. From his perfectly messy brown hair, all the way down to his beat up Converse, I knew he was the perfect one for me, and dove in head first.
