Calem Xavier, the boy on the heroes' side, represents Xerneas and is the son of the hero that managed to defeat Serena's mother after a long gruesome battle. He wants a different path from his father, though others disagree. He's a very shy person as a regular human, but extremely confident as a hero. At least, before his ego was crushed by his nemesis. Out of the entire world population, only certain people are chosen to either be a hero, or a villain. They are the ones who will fight in a war against each other for as long as time will exist.
