"You're our mate." "Obviously." I glance between these two goofballs as we sit at the cafe near their college. I've never been in Cambridge, Massachusetts; but I never knew it was this cold. "You're our mate. Just wanted to clarify. Right Reed?" "Right on." They smile, and I roll my eyes as I look to my side. Sighing as I clear my throat. "Hey you two!! Don't eat the snow!" I yell at my twins as they drop the snow that was edged near their trembling lips. "Oh let them be! When I was their age I loved to eat snow. The yellow snow tasted like pineapple." Sawyer says, and I look off as I hope he's joking. "I like a man." We jump, seeing Niko rush towards us as he grabs Reeds drink, drinking the rest of the hot chocolate in one gulp. I don't know how to respond to this. I get it. I Mate with the twins and have twins with them. But I still thought that Niko had somewhat of his feelings still geared towards me... All I can say is... "...What...?"

"You're our mate." I glance between my two students, seeing that they both were talking to me, and they were both twins. "...What?" I hear myself say, as I start walking around my desk. So that there was some safe distance between the three of us. "You're our mate. I think we were clear enough. Right?" One of the twins glanced towards the other, and he nodded. "Right." He agreed, making me squirm from their stares. I come to a new school to teach students about history, and I barely know the names of all my students. So when I have a pair of twins come and tell me that I am their mate...how am I supposed to react to that? All I can say is... "...What...?" He said calmly looking straight at her. What was she supposed to say after hearing his words? 'I did not mean to touch your highness's ...' she said with great difficulty. 'That was not a touch.' He said not permitting her to brush it off as an accident, even though it clearly was. 'It was a kiss.' He said with a hoarse determined voice. She widened her eyes, as her face flushed even more than it did when she realized what she had done. He dared to say the word she avoided. 'That was not! I...' she tried to refute. 'What is a kiss Celia?' She could not answer. How could she say the definition of a kiss with her own mouth, it would only confirm his words. * 'It was an accident. I am truly sorry, I did not mean any discourtesy towards your highness. If I can make up for my error somehow?' She quickly said. She did not know of his personal life, as he had a tight security around him and nobody knew much of the king outside official visits and business. He must have felt insulted. 'Please don't call it an accident. For a first kiss of a person to be called an accident ...' He said again with a dejected tone, but did not continue. It was like he had already gotten his point across. 'Ahhh. I am so sorry! It really was an ...' She wanted to say accident but, because of his pleading she could not actually say it. To have committed the blame of taking the king's first kiss and then not acknowledging it, how would he think of her?
