One day while John naps, Sherlock gently kisses him on his lips, unaware that John is actually awake and that this single gesture will cause everything John has known to be questioned. I just want to say that I haven't read this in YEARS (I was probably in junior high or high school when I wrote this) and I noticed all the comments in the story and I want to apologize for any harm I've caused. I didn't realize at the time that this was non-consensual and I'm sorry for that. I didn't have a good grasp on that type of thing yet but now that I do, I cringe looking back on this! I don't want to take the story down, but I do want to offer a Content Warning. The kiss is non-con. John is sleeping when Sherlock kisses him. Johnlock. This takes place more or less during season 2 (so no Fall, thank god). IF YOU KNOW ME IN REAL LIFE THIS IS A GOOD TIME TO STOP READING AND JUST GO AWAY, THANKS. I wrote this because I was a bit unnerved by how most johnlock fics presented Sherlock as if he was suddenly "normal", which he clearly isn't, and could speak his feelings freely, which I think isn't the case with him. This is how I imagine their relationship would begin, soooo comment and share if you like it!
