Dipper and Mabel are back in Gravity falls. Both are now 18 going on 19 at the end of the summer. Growing up can do wonders but when Dipper finds a Gem in the middle of the woods his summer takes a turn that he did not plan for.

The twins, Mabel and Dipper, survive their summer at Gravity Falls. They successfully sealed the rift in the universe and everything is normal--Gravity Falls normal. Ford and Stanely never leave to go explore the weirdness around the world and decide that they are most likely still needed in Gravity Falls. They could not be any more excited for their 16th birthday, but they have no idea that Gravity Falls was about to get a little weirder. Dipper Pines follows Bill to Reverse falls in hope of keeping him from getting a vessel. Bill gets ticked off when Dipper prevents Reverse Pacifica from making a deal with him. He leaves Dipper Pines in Reverse falls and Dipper Gleeful into Gravity falls. They both must find a way home. In the meantime Gleeful gets to deal with the crazy and Goody Two Shoes Pines family, While Pines learns he is dating Pacifica and his sister is apparently sorta evil and insane. Great.
