A young 19 year old queen, Shingetsu Rei Shadows, is practicing magic in her secret underground crystal world. No one knows this crystal world even existed except for the queen herself, and she never told anyone that she went there. The queen's three kings, Vegeta, Yuri and Ryoken Kogami other wise known as Revolver, are busy running the kingdom in her absences.
