This is a fanfic based off of CL Stone's Academy series. I do not own the rights to the books, the characters, ect. In the future DNA determines who you're matched with as potential life mates. Sang is just starting the testing process and hopes to find at least one suitable match for herself. She just wants to be happy. It was meant to warn people away from dangerous areas where sea monsters were believed to exist. It's now used metaphorically to warn people away from unexplored areas or untried actions.
