There was a child born under a moon that was told to be special. It was true as this girl when she grew to be a women had no beard as most did. She was a vert strong women to be said. This women had a name but not many knew it as she was known as something else. They saw her with a mask that covered her face and always had cloak that sometimes covered the mask but mostly had the hood down. Oin and Gandalf were the only ones to know her true identity. She was as old as Thorin but a little younger. She knew how to handel every weapon made and was a master. The thing that not many know is that she has the magic of the strongest wizard had lived. What was she known as? The Moon's Shadow.

Ayrn is a shifter. But her form is rare and extremely powerful as even in the lands of middle earth she is rare, for she is a Unicorn. The last and only female Unicorn. Traveling the lands killing orcs and other creatures of evil saving the races of man, elf, and dwarves from wounds, illnesses, and brinks of death she comes across. But what happens when she's sought out by a grey wizard, an offer is laid before her, will she accept? Or will she continue doing as she always had, saving those in need and killing creatures of darkness?

Eilin Firebeard will find herself in Erebor at the end of the battle of the five armies. There she will have to come to terms with how different she really is. She will also meet a legend who will teach her that bard songs just barely scratch the surface of the man the world knows as the hero. On the way she discovers stuff about herself and feelings she hasn't had in ages, will she be happy again? Will she find love? Will they succeed? Read to find out.
