(It's KarmaXNagisa, but that's not the main focus) Nagisa is sick. He was rushed to the hospital one night after coughing up blood, and diagnosed with a deadly disease. He has to decide whether he should open up to his friends, or keep quiet and suffer alone knowing that he is a walking corpse.

Nagisa Shiota is your typical E-class high school student. At least, above the surface... At home, Nagisa faces verbal abuse and endless amounts of weight put on his shoulders. His mother is never proud of him, his father is never around and his mind swirls in a lack of self-esteem and faith in himself. One day, Nagisa and a group of his friends go to the mall and Nagisa gets separated from them, only to be raped by two delinquents. Karma is the first to cheer him up and comfort him eventually, Nagisa falls in love with the red-head, and Karma felt the same way towards him. After a while of them going out, someone appears... Karma takes a liking to them... And he slips up.

Nagisa's mum died in a car accident and with his dad no where to be seen, Nagisa stays at his best friends Karma's house. While going through his mums old stuff he discovers a necklace. Assassination classroom x Yugioh there wil be other anime series mentioned like SAO AOT and others
