I think sometimes life gets tough and we all deserve to know that someone is their and someone understands. Especially being a Christain I think the world out there expects you to live this perfect life and have it all together. Being God's light is a book were I'm going to tell a bit of how my life has changed since being a Christain and how I've grown closer to God and hopefully give you hope if your struggeling with your faith sometimes.

My parents love me. I love them. Sure. But there are so many restrictions. I have the life most people want. But everything cuts off when the rules come in. I complain about this a lot. And one day, I take matters into my own hands. I leave home and head for New York. Breaking the rules. On my own. No adults. Just me. (not edited. Thanks for reading:)

Loved - We are loved by the King over all the Earth, who welcomes us into his family with open arms. His love is perfect, eternal and unfailing. Redeemed - Jesus died on the cross to carry all our sins, so that we may be redeemed, forgiven, and live for eternity with Him, even though we did nothing to deserve it. Chosen - The Spirit within us gives us strength and power to achieve the impossible. We are chosen to play a unique part in his plan. No one is not good enough. Loved, Redeemed and Chosen is a continuation of the devotional God and You. Aimed at teenage girls, each day looks at a different passage of the bible. I'm not perfect - no-one is - but I know that He who is perfect can speak to people through loads of random thing, and I pray that God speaks to you through my words. But this is not just for Christians - it's for everyone. Jesus loves every single person with a love that is unstoppable.

This is how sweet and wonderful He is, The Lord Almighty.

God created everything? The professor asked. "Yes sir", the student replied. The professor answered, "If God created everything, then God created evil since evil exists, and according to the principal that our works define who we are then God is evil". The student became quiet before such an answer. The professor was quite pleased with himself and boasted to the students that he had proven once more that the Christian faith was a myth. Another student raised his hand and said, "Can I ask you a question professor?" "Of course", replied the professor. The student stood up and asked, "Professor, does cold exist?" "What kind of question is this? Of course it exists. Have you never been cold?" The students snickered at the young man's question. The young man replied, "In fact sir, cold does not exist.

Sometimes life can get so hectic that we fail to stop, take a breath and just be still. For years I have been committed to having a quiet time each day where I read the Bible and talk to God about what is on my heart, which has been really wonderful but it just struck me today as I began my quiet time that I need to take more time to LISTEN when God is trying to speak to me. When I am more open to Him leading my quiet time, it's so much better! God has so much He wants to say, so much He wants to teach me. 'It's You Again God' is my real day by day journey with God, which follows on from 'It's Me Again God 1 & 2'. I look forward to having you join me!
