All he wanted was to go home, take a good long shower, call his family. The world luckily hasn't changed too much since he was imprisoned but he got out early luckily. However, now his house is gone, he can't contact his family on his own, and he has no car. Things just aren't going his way until his parole officer offers him kindness that no one else had given him since his release.
