Robin asks his team, the Teen Titans, for help in finding his little brother. Danny has to confront his parents if he even hopes to meet his possible big brother. The other two half ghosts are Vlad Masters, rich millionaire and Danny's uncle, and Danny's clone, Danielle, who became his adopted daughter until he was taken by the GIW after exposing his biggest secret to his parents. That was four years ago. During that time span, Danny has been experimented on. He's been cut open, stabbed, poked, prodded, and tested on ever since. After the four long years of horrendous torture, Danny somehow escapes and is found by the Young Justice team. At first Danny doesn't feel at home but he's closer to home than he thinks. Danny Phantom, lost his family to himself. To an much older and crueler form of him, fearing of what he could be he went to the GIW to keep himself from harming others. Letting himself go under their examination, and torment. Years pass and a new large natural ghost zone portal rips open, and a large amount of ghosts run in and cause havoc, Its now up to Danny Phantom and the Young Justice League to save the day! Can Danny Handle the super powered kids? Or will he try and handle all of it himself?

Danny was fighting skulker and that day ruined his life. Nothing he had nothing he fled to Gotham to get away from everything that happened to him. Vlad masters is looking for Daniel and hopes to help him before its to late. Batman notices a strange energy in Gotham and finds out what's the source. Danny might be losing his mind thinking about becoming a monster. A certain someone knows a lot about the ghostboy and is planning his down fall.

Danny Fenton must deal with the scariest thing he's ever faced, Himself. Danny has to deal with changes that lead to him looking and sounding like his evil self. Not only that but new powers are coming into play as are new feelings. Can he cope? Or will he crumble underneath it all. What will become of the ghost boy who doesn't look quite like himself?
