Isaac Di Inferi doesn't feel. He cuts. He kills. He obeys. As the Blood Hounds MC's quote-unquote enforcer, he's a walking weapon-cold, controlled, and empty. Except when it comes to Lila Priest... The Vice President's daughter is everything he isn't-light, beautiful, soft. He thinks he's stalking her. He doesn't know she saw him first. Lila doesn't fear the darkness-she wants to be devoured by it. And Isaac? He's the monster she's been waiting for. Their obsession is violent. Their chemistry, unhinged. He tries to resist. She refuses to let him. But while they circle each other in the dark, someone else is hunting. A killer is on the loose. And Isaac's psychopath of a father wants his "favourite son" back-blood-soaked, broken, and obedient. Too bad Isaac just found something worth disobeying for-and he's not giving her up without a fight.

Honestly what is the description of love? Is it a fairytale? Does the girl always get the prince? Are the villains always trying to mess up your storybook ending? Hell yeah. Just remember no fairytales start off happy. And this was damn sure not close to happy.

Since the ages before time was measured, the angelic races have existed. Unseen by our eyes, they move through creation, shaping our world, sustaining our existence, and battling demonic hordes. But the war is changing; the battle lines are expanding into new frontiers and the next epoch is emerging. Centuries after the first humans were exiled from their home, their descendants have pushed eastward into a prehistoric wilderness. In a land shrouded by mist and superstition, primitive tribes struggle to establish new civilizations, unaware that their world is about to change forever. Weary from unceasing conflict, Sariel-legendary warrior of the Eternal Realm-crosses into the Temporal in search of the only one who can bring him peace. But he is not the first; others have already begun their inhabitation. As the dominance of their kingdom spreads, threatening to engulf all of humanity, Sariel finds himself standing between his own kind and the one he loves and must embrace the life he abandoned in order to secure her freedom. In this riveting prequel to the bestselling Awakened series, Jason Tesar sets in motion a sweeping fantasy epic birthed at the very foundations of mankind, when our prehistoric world collided with supernatural forces, spawning an age of mythological creatures and heroes.

----- In serious need of revision! ----- Wanna-be journalist Kate Santoro would do anything for the scoop. Anything. Including finding her way into an underground club exclusive to only those in the Genovese mafia and the beautiful women they employee. What could be more perfect? She would stick to the shadows, snap a few videos, and write the biggest story New York has ever seen, therein making her a legend! Easy as pie. Until she gets found. A series of blatant lies and lucky breaks later and she is mistaken to be one of the workers underneath. While many might be terrified of this predicament Kate couldn't be more excited. The freedom to roam the area and talk to the members of the infamous brotherhood will leave no rock unturned. All she has to do is keep her cover until the night is over and the workers go home. What a fantastic position she is in! There are just two problems. One being him. Alessio. The Don, the Godfather, the Capo di tutti capi (the boss of bosses) who has taken a keen interest in Kate. Even that is something she could probably handle for one night. Except problem number two. They don't leave. Not at the end of the night, the end of the week, or even the end of the month. Alessio's interest in Kate threatens to expose her, something she would surely die from. He knows she doesn't belong but it's not as though she could have just waltzed in, right? By the time Kate realizes that not even the greatest scoop is worth the price, she is in far too deep to call it quits now. ~~~Praise for When The Sun Goes Down~~~ Natasha427: "It was so captivating that I may or may not have spent the last several hours holed up in my room frantically scrolling down to read more. I LOVED IT!" uninteresting17: "You're my soulmate. I love just everything about your writing." Daisy_Blue: "Has anyone seen my heart? It seems to have been ripped out and tossed across the ocean." Stolen from her mansion in the middle of the night Tharissa Bax finds herself in a precarious position; she has become embroiled in a political rift between three races of the great forest. The Shifters, a race of men who become wolves, Dragon Lords, a race of men who become dragons, and humans, a race without any seeming advantages...her race. But her father has set out to change that, to pass a law that would void a thousand year old treaty that offers human women to the Dragon Lords in exchange for their city's protection. Oddly, her kidnappers, Shifter rogues, don't seem against her father's law, they are intent on pushing it through. And she is rescued from them by the last men she would expect. The Dragon Lords. And one Dragon Lord in particular sparks her attraction and lust like nothing she has ever known. Could father's perceptions of the race be wrong? It seems it is time for her to reassess everything she thought she knew about the world outside of her pampered mansion. Should she take this opportunity to be more than what she has been raised to be? Can she find out who is behind the attempt on her life? Can she live with what she discovers?

'You knew, all this time, you knew and you never told me.' 'Yes,' he bowed his dark head, black hair dishevelled as it fell into his eyes that were beginning to shed their own tears. 'I wanted to protect you. I thought if you never knew then this could never happen. I'm so sorry, please forgive me?' 'There's nothing to forgive,' came her answer, fainter than before. They both knew she had only moments, Jinn could feel the warm stickiness of her blood soaking through the bunched up fabric he pressed tighter still to her wounded stomach, carefully trying to avoid pushing the knife in even further though almost hoping he could force the blood back in through sheer will. The girl's fingers twitched and he lowered his head, sheltering her fading gaze from the prying eyes of the few that remained to bear witness. His closer proximity allowed her to brush her cold fingers over his cheek, smearing her blood upon his smooth flesh. 'Don't be afraid, don't be afraid,' he murmured softly, a lovers caress for her ears only as he could feel the slowing of her heart, beat by beat. He pressed his face to hers, cheek against cheek in an attempt to warm her skin with his own. His lips brushed hers, catching her ragged and shallow breath. 'I'm not afraid,' she whispered, the determined tone affected by her seeping strength. 'I will wait for you, I swear. I'll meet you again in a good place,' he said and caught her smile with his lips, his black eyes open as he kissed her for the last time so that he caught the exact moment when her life-spark fluttered out and his heart shattered in a way he never knew it could.
