Until Harry lets it slip that Draco is being held in the ministry pending either release under the condition he's rehabilitated or he is sent to Azkaban. Hermione volunteers herself for the position, little does she know that rehabilitation starts with marriage to an upstanding citizen and who better to rehabilitate Draco Malfoy through marriage than Hermione Granger?
