The cast of Danganronpa v3 get sent far into the future in which Junko nor Monokuma are a thing. Hope nor Despair. There is people with unnatural abilities. What are they? How can humans do this? Maybe they're not actually humans? U.A. High School takes interest in these high schoolers and enlists them into the school to see what they got. They will not take part in the any of the school activities that involve a quirk unless they are willing to practice with each other. U.A. Also wants to house these high schoolers to help them escape from their past. They want to help the high schoolers forget about Danganronpa and it's whole existence so they can live a normal life...... But can they really escape from it...? Can the help of others that participated in the killing game help them escape from that life? Did the mastermind come back as well too....?
