Though it is not necessarily a part of the human mentality, it has existed and ravaged over the millenias. Occasionally, a soldier would ask himself: "Why do they fight?" "Is it really worth the lives of our brothers and sisters?" ... "Does love bloom in the darkest of paths?" ++++++++++++++++++++ OC x Male reader insert Slow paced romance and may include in-game characters with actual personalities and interactions that I made myself, because come on. Naming NPCs without backstories? Makes the story kind of bland for me but meh, that's my opinion. Default name for the reader is 'Argen Lorderius.' After ensuring the escape of the Autumn, Noble Six fights to survive on a Covenant infested planet where he believes is his final mission. But, ONI believes he is to valuable and has a mission perfect for him. ONI puts him in a new program called Project Freelancer, he will observe the new project and take it down if necessary. Through out his mission Noble Six comes to realize that it may take more time to complete than he thought. And while doing so he can't help but make a couple friends along the way. With these new friends and teammates he can't help but feel a little bit more human.
