The flare has been cured but, there's still a few cranks left on earth. Some cranks were killed, others were cured, and the ones who couldn't be killed or cured, well they were in a sanctuary or prison. However, you'd like to say it. All the gladers are living a normal college life. Thomas and Teresa are always in fights and on the verge of splitting. Newt is single, Minho aswell. But when Thomas gets with Newt, trouble stirs.
