Ariana Spencer is a loner, a freak. She's the girl who sits in the back in the classroom and keeps quiet with her hood up over her head. Ariana has a hard life, her father left her and her mother when she was 15. Her mother, an alcoholic, blames her for his leaving and abuses her daily. Meet Jake Smith, the guy you can see in the blockbuster movies, who is the new guy in her school. He can melt any girl's heart with a quick smile, well.. maybe except for Ariana.

This is actually a song a wrote, but I thought I'd put it up here as poetry. It was influenced by The Scarlet Letter by Nathaniel Hawthorne.
