A well-know detective named Shuichu Saihara, despite being only 17, has lots of people praise him for his intelligence ever since he solved a very complex case, mainly on accident. Saihara has had his eye on Kokichi for a while ever since a recent robbery had a small link to the wealthy individual. Will he be able to learn more about this mysterious Kokichi Ouma?
