its hard to love ourselves these days. socialmedia, expectations, the presure to always suceed. we are not perfect but that doesn't mean that we're nothing. we should love and treat ourselfs and others with respect. you shouldn't be insecure because you look different then the 'normal beauty standards' f**k that!!. you're perfect the way you are and you shouldn't let others decide how you feel, look or act. just be yourself and be happy because then all that shit doesn't matter anymore. if you're having trouble loving yourself read this book and maybe this will help you💕
