She married Paige and had Caitlyn. Spencer Hastings graduated Harvard with a law degree and became a successful lawyer. She married Toby and had twin girls, Lena and Mackenzie. Alison DiLaurentis got out of jail for murdering Mona and being A. She got pregnant with a strangers baby and gave birth to sweet little Felicia. Alison and sweet little Felicia have big dirty secret that no one can know.
