Magic Users and Blade Wielders coexisted together and attended one school. They still had old disagreements flowing through their blood, but that didn't stop some from befriending another student on the opposite course. It did stop Katie, though. Five cursed lions with claws of poison to pass on their curse to others. Pidge happened to be a girl at the wrong place and got scratched by Green, the lion of Nature. She was then cursed with powers that couldn't be controlled without proper training. The newly positioned king, brother of the late King Alfor, doesn't like Pidge's power and believes she could be a candidate to join Voltron, a group made by his brother with power unmatched even by the king. In fear, he takes in the child who just lost her brother and father. In the castle she meets two souls who change her.

It always haunted her, the events that lead her to be alone. In her heart was a wound, to big to heal, left by them, and in her soul was a void, dark and menacing, growing each day. Then her chance came, she could finally save them. She could reunite with her Voltron family once more and her real one. Katie trembled, the thick liquid dotted her face and her torso. Her amber eyes widened until they couldn't. Her throat clenched and a low cackle shocked her spine. Katie's knees gave out and she fell to the floor, eyes still wide as she stared. Her nightmares couldn't even compare to this. "D-Daddy?" A sharp, vile smirk pointed her way.
