Y/N is forced to move to Japan all the way from America by her father who is there to further his business, she's sent to a private school called, Ouran High School. There she meets a group of.. very unique people.

When Y/n comes to the school she is immediately mistaken as a boy. Even to the staff! And that's not all, she hears that her best friend in the whole world is being in debt for breaking a vase. Feeling protective and fawn of the crossdresser, Y/n becomes a crossdresser as well. What happens when the boys of the host club find put about her little secret? and what will happen when they also find out, they are falling for her?
