I'm a killer. I can't love. Why can't I bring myself to end your life.. Jeff is a killer. But when he spares Liara from her death, everything gets blurred. Jeff thirsts for Liara's blood. Yet he can't bring himself to kill her. Someone that was made to kill couldn't possibly fall in love. What will happen when Jeff and Liara's fates intersect?

Lucey is a sad 19 year old girl... She gets beat up nearly everyday because of reasons unknown to her. Though she has her reasons. After getting beaten up and taken to the hospital. She goes home and begins to cut herself from depression. Until she hears an odd voice telling her to go to sleep. She's to mad and upset to act. So she just refuses and tell the misterious voice that she cant. But then her door opens and she seems this grusome creature. Any normal person would have screamed. But she dident. She just seed him as a normal person... well. Then she dident know that he was a killer. He was shocked to see this. He tried to make her scared. But she wouldent be. He just saw sadness in her eyes. He spares her. The two start to feel something between eachother that neither of them have experienced before....some kind of emotion...?

Vicious is not an ordinary teen. She believes herself to be one of the most weirdest and psychotic people in her home town. But in her thoughts and dreams, she sees this man.. Jeff the killer to be exact. Not long after, reports in the news paper identified a killing spree broke in her town. She wonders if it could possibly be Jeff. That is until one night she finds him... In her house... With a knife against her throat.
