When Jason Todd returns to Gotham Tim Drake vows to avoid him but life rarely works according to plan. As Tim finds himself forced to work with Jason and Jason interacts with the family more they are all forced to deal with issues they'd rather avoid, even some non-Jason ones. This is set about two years after Bruce returns from being lost in time but no Batman Inc. and no dead Dami/Dick/Tim, etc (they really need to stop killing people). So my take on how things might have played out if Jason decided to come back and be part of the family with no reboot.
