After much research and theorizing, I've decided that I'm going to attempt it. It's risky, but I'm so desperate at this point that I'm willing to put my own well being on the line. If I survive, this may just turn out to be very... interesting. This is my thoughts on the origins of Sans and Papyrus, as well as their connection to Gaster. It will be connected to the ZanaTale timeline (or, in otherwords, my Sans x Reader fanfic "When Two Souls Meet"). Loosely inspired by the HandPlates AU by Zarla. Awesome cover image by Dweebycake.

This is just a collection of Undertale-themed one-shots that go along with the plot of my Sans x Reader fanfic, "When Two Souls Meet." It's a community project, and will have several entries from the winners of my one-shot contest, as well as some chapters written by yours truly. This can be read as a stand-alone group of one-shots, or connected directly to WTSM, as it is technically a direct continuation.

If you haven't read it, I would highly suggest it--the story won't make much sense otherwise.] Sans has finally found someone he can trust--Frisk's sister, the eighth fallen human. After months of step-siding and awkward interactions, the two are finally a couple. Things are slowly falling into place--there are no more resets, and Chara and Flowey have been a lot more quiet in the last few months. But things can't stay this way... can they? Note: The story was put on hiatus early on, and updates are now very sporadic. Despite that, it's still a labor of love!

Sans has lived through countless timelines. He's seen the kid make friends with everyone, only to give up in the final moments. He's seen the kid killed, over and over and over again. Sometimes, he'd even done the killing himself. And no one ever remembers. Not even the kid herself. It's an exhausting cycle, one that never seems to end. But there's something different about this run. Another human's fallen down... the kid's sister.
